When we arrived at this project, it was clear that this deck had seen better days—in fact, it was structurally compromised and beyond saving. The safest and best solution? A complete rebuild. We removed the failing deck and started from scratch, constructing a brand-new structure while keeping the same footprint. To enhance functionality and aesthetics, we widened the stairs by one foot, making access smoother and more inviting. For materials, we used Trex decking, known for its long-lasting durability and low maintenance, paired with Westbury railings and a Trex top rail, ensuring both safety and a sleek, cohesive design. The standout feature of this deck is the divider board running down the center, adding a refined touch that elevates the entire look. The end result? A stunning, structurally sound deck that blends beauty with longevity—ready to be enjoyed for years to come.
